Service

GoSIM sells prepaid, data-only eSIM plans. No account is needed. The plan's data allowance, duration and covered destinations are shown before purchase.

Delivery

After payment, your eSIM is delivered digitally when ready. Website purchases appear on your order page, and installation details are also sent to the email address provided at checkout. Telegram purchases are delivered in Telegram.

Device compatibility

Before buying, check that your device supports eSIM and is unlocked for use with other mobile networks.

Prices and payment

The amount and currency to be charged are confirmed before payment. CHF is available on the website; Telegram Stars purchases are charged in Stars.

Refunds

An eSIM that has not been activated can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
