Refund Policy
Refundable within 7 days if the eSIM has not been activated; free of charge.
GoSIM eSIMs are digital products delivered instantly by email. Because an activated eSIM cannot be returned, refunds are available only while the eSIM remains unactivated.
How to request a refund
Within 7 days of purchase, and provided your eSIM has not been activated, contact us with your order number and we will refund your purchase in full, at no cost to you. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
