Unlimited plans

Airalo sells unlimited Turkey plans from $11.50 for 3 days to $69 for 30 days, Nomad from $17 for 5 days (2 GB per day at full speed, then 1 Mbps), Ubigi from $5 for 1 day to $64 for 30 days, and Holafly from $3.90 for 1 day. "Unlimited" almost always means a daily high-speed allowance followed by reduced speed. GoSIM's daily plans work the same way and say so on each plan card: compare the daily allowance and reduced speed before buying.

Networks

Airalo and Nomad list Türk Telekom (Avea) as their Turkey network. GoSIM plans use Vodafone Turkey and, depending on the plan, Türk Telekom. Coverage is strong on all three in Istanbul, Cappadocia, Antalya and the Aegean coast, and patchier in the remote east.

Which one should you pick?

  • Weekend or city break: 1 GB / 7 days, or a daily plan on the days you need data.
  • One to two weeks, normal use: 5–10 GB / 30 days.
  • Heavy streaming or hotspot for a laptop: 20 GB / 30 days usually beats unlimited on price, unless your stay is only a few days.

What else to check before buying

  • Refunds: GoSIM offers a 7-day refund on eSIMs that haven't been activated.
  • Validity start: most plans start counting when the eSIM first connects in Turkey, so you can install it at home.
  • No app needed: GoSIM delivers a QR code by email and on screen.
  • Phone compatibility: your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked.

FAQ

Is an unlimited eSIM worth it in Turkey? Only for short, heavy-use stays. Unlimited plans slow down after a daily allowance, and for trips of more than a few days a 10–20 GB plan is usually cheaper.

Does a Turkey eSIM include a phone number? No. These are data-only plans. Calls and messages work through WhatsApp, Telegram or FaceTime.
